Hello Tomy Master You already stated that "Although that the wiring is according to the manual (the leds turns on when I switch the inputs !).". I wonder though if you connected 24V to Pin 1(you would have connected 0V to Pin 20 since your LED turns on). I've never used the 313C but the manual shows the L+ connection, so could you please check and and confirm this (note that yourworking 16DI 6ES7321-1BH02-0AA0does NOT require L+ on Pin 1). If the above is all ok and the DI still don't work, there is of course always the possibility that the onboard I/O's are faulty so if you have a spare313C please test it. The only other explanation that I have for your problem is that you forced them off (I doubt this is the case though) OR that you configured them as counters channels (which you haven't according to your HWconfig).
