PLC not sending commands to new drive after replacement

Hello I own a spa repair buisness and I am attempting to fix a water treadmill system at a non profit animal rehabilitation center. Its a little out of my scope but it thought I would try and help them out.

The old drive had burnt out and no longer lit up at all.

I replaced Drive 6SL3210-5BB21-5UV0

With Drive 6SL3210-5BB21-5UV1

The new drive has been commissioned by siemens tech support over the phone and is receiving good telegrams but when control buttons (forward,reverse) are blessed on the HMI nothing happens.

I have installed TIA Portal V13 as that is the version that the PLC was programed with. I can see the plc after creating a new project and searching for devices under my USB to ethernet adapter.

what do I do next? How do I make the plc control the new drive with the hmi? 

Any help would be greatly apretiated. These dogs need the water treadmill to heal from their injuries.

The plc was burnt out completely. Nothing on the screen at all.

I can move the treadmill manually from the new drive but it does not respond to commands from the HMI.

The PLC is connected to the drive by only 2 wires. (Red P+) (black N-) at the drive and (black TA) (red T/RB)

The other devices controlled by the plc are the jet pump, recirc pump and the heater.

I am not 100% sure what you mean by web pages or panel buttons but I used the buttons on the v20 drive to commision it.

Do you happen to know what I have to change in the plc programing to make it control the drive from the hmi like it did with the old one?

 I haven't had a chance to look at the specific units you posted but that is MODBUS (or USS) wiring. If there are no other wires from the PLC to the drive then it will be a communication settings issue.

If the old drive is cooked then you will need to look at the program in the PLC to figure out which protocol they're using and what the parameters are, specifically device address. 

Upload the program for someone to have a look for you.

 That would be great if someone could look at this project. I think I uploaded the plc into the project properly.

In the V20 manual, it will describe ways to configure the drive to communicate with a PLC using the communications cable.  I provided a link to the manual in my earlier reply.

I do not know about V20's, but in general I think Siemens drives need an address, and whatever address is in the PLC programming needs to match what is in the drive.  If you change the address, it might work without further changes.

When you are done, be sure to find the command to save running configuration to permanent memory (what Siemens traditionally referred to as saving RAM to ROM).  This way, after power off condition, the drive does not require reconfiguring after power up.  I imagine Siemens support already gave you assistance on how to do that.

This is the new drive unit that won't respond to the Forward/Reverce commands from the HMI. The resistors were not installed on the old unit but Siemens tech support asked me to install them anyway as he said technically they are required.

I am missing mention of the normal input and output wiring that exists between PLC and drive. It is not impossible that a hard-line enables the drive and that this wire has a problem.

Attached are snapshots and extracts of the program and manual. See if it helps and if I missed something experts on the forum or siemens support should be able to pick it out.

Edit: I updated the attachment to include setting for telegram time off.
