PLC profibus communication

vzprele Regular Member Joined: 10/8/2013 Last visit: 12/3/2024 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	I have one S7-400 PLC (CPU416-3 PN/DP) and two S7-300 PLC's (CPU314C-2DP). I would like to know how to communicate with each other using profibus like the addressing (connected in daisy chain arrangement), length of the data etc. How to define the start address for sending and receiving along with the length of bytes which is needed to be transferred. I have created data blocks but I'm yet to define my address for communicating with each other. Regards, Somanath.
