PLC S7-1200 AND LOADCELL

wintersonata Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Dear all ! i have a problem with read analog input signal of loadcell (weigh senser) use plc s7_1200. i use norm_x and scale_x to scale analog input (0-10V), after scaling i have a value in 0-27648. the problem is i don't know that valuecorresponding with how many weigh. and could someone tell me more detail about how to use norm_ and scale_x instructions . thanks in advance ! (i am sorry if this difficult to understand bc my english is not very good)

Inattached bellow it similar with mine and i wonder how do i know to put the value of MIN and MAX (Scale instruction). after scaling i have an integer value = 10500, so could you tell me that valuecorresponding with how may weigh (the current measure value of loadcell). thank you. For the systems that uses scales, I have made available to the user to "calibrate" the scale. In my case I have a scale with the capacity of 7kg. If I have nothing on the scale, the analog measure something.. call it A0. Now I put a known weight (X1) on the scale; the analog reads A1. Now you know.. weight (kg) analog reading 0kg .............. A0 X1................. A1 Assume the weight vs analog signal is a straight line. Now make your own converter between kg and analog, or calculate the MIN and MAX values. Does this help?
