perhaps your signal level on the bus is very low and if you add a stub line with your programming cable you decrease the signal level so that errors occur.

do you have a profibus/MPi Tester to check the levels? where are you connected? directly on the PLC interface or somewhere else?

Perhaps the use of a DP repeater would be interesting...

Hallo please someone help me i have a  problem, im working on taking the backup of my plc's and i have some plc's stop just when i connect my MPI cable to the plc and the machine stop also what is the problem plz ?

at your side, you need to be very careful because I see maybe different connection ports connected. Be careful here connect any RS232 port to RS485 PLC's port. Why I say these words? Your post missing any important description about PLC type exact use, exact type of adapter and how you really connected ports and maybe use any inter connect cables between each parts of line. Next problem can be same address of more nodes on network at same time, here PLC and PC can have same address maybe also, who knows...
