Hello pada; The smallest CPU of the S7-400 family could easily handle the number of IOs you request, and on e with a PN/DP interface would give you 3 options for distributing the IO modules: one with rack extensions with IM 460/461, one through Profibus-DP, one with Profinet IO. This would be one available module: 6ES7412-2EK06-0AB0 You can develop a test configuration through your HWConfig editor in Simatic Manager easily enough, the editor will warn you in case you are over-extending the CPU's capacity in I/O modules, in distributed stations, etc... You could also use the S7 Configurator to developyour system. It isfound on the Siemens Industry Mall (Siemens' electronic catalog), and will produce a BOM (Bill of materials) once the configuration is fully developped, so you can directly proceed to pricing and delivery issues with your local Siemens rep. The following link will open at the S7-400 controllers page (for the S7-412 CPUs), just open the tab for configurators and follow the links provided (you will need Java installed on your computer, the latest version will be installed by the Configurator if it is not found). https://eb.automation.siemens.com/goos/catalog/Pages/ProductData.aspx?language=en&nodeid=5000069&tree=CatalogTree®ionUrl=/#topAnch |
