PLC to PLC Communication (i-Device) With SCALANCE M826-2)

Atul Gupta Bronze Member Joined: 9/11/2012 Last visit: 3/5/2025 Posts: 70 Rating: (5)	Hello All, We are using SCALANCE M826 (6GK5826-2AB00-2AB2) for long distance communication of siemens plc to plc with i-Device using 2 wire (0.5 sq. mm with shielded cable). I have searched in Siemens portal but I did not find the GSD file of the module. Can anyone help me out of this problem. Thanks Atul Gupta

I Looked in the Network view of my TIA portal V15.1 and I am able to insert your SCALANCE M826-2. Perhaps you can descripbe your problem a little bit more detailed? Which TIA Portal Do you use and which PLCs? Bye Murof
