I've got it!! And so in order. You need: 1) Two Computer literacy, connected to the same network and are in the same domain group (if not one I have not worked) 2) On the first computer to be installed - PLCSIM and NetToPLCSIM 3) On the second must be set - STEP 7 (if you want to configure OPC Server) and Simatic NET OPC Server Procedure: 1) of the first computer: a) Making the network settings NETPro (pic.Settings NETPro).Save and Compile. b) Making Hardware controller settings,IP-address card CP 343-1 and IP-address computer on the network must be the same, as well as the mask, and gateway(pic.Settings Hardware and LAN).Save and Compile. c) Change the PG \ PC interface on PLCSIM.TCPIP.1 g) Run PLCSIM, load and rup project in PLCSIM d) Making settings NETToPLCSIM. ALWAYS run the program as an administrator. Stop service - s7oiehsx64. Then enter the data. IP-adress - PLCSIM and Networks must match (pic.Settings NetToPLCSim). Then run. If done correctly the status is "RUNNING". 2) For the second computer: a) Making the network settings for IE General (pic. Settings IE General). IP-address must match with IP-address network card.Save and Compile. b) Making settings OPC server (pic.Settings OPC Server).Save and Compile. Is done! Following these steps, you should have no problems to connect to the OPC server and start working with it (pic. Simatic OPC Scout) I hope it will help you. AttachmentDesktop.zip (1426 Downloads) |

Hi, I did the configuration you explained using two virtual machines and I can ping one from the another. On the first virtual machine I have a PLCsim and a NetToPLCsim, the PLCsim and the network have the same IP address and I have found the in the NetToPLCsim and have them started, the PG/PC interface is set to PLCsim TCP/IP. On the second virtual machine I have a OPCserver (with imported xdb file) and IP address configured in the netpro and a PG/PC interface is set to PC internal. When I start the OPCscout and try to run a OPC.SimaticNet server and a OPC UA server I got the messages (see an attachment). In the Station Configuration manager I have message: "Could not log off the proxy with index 125 from the SoftBus" The OPC server and IE general that I use are the version 8.1. On the a right click on the index 125 of the Station configuration editor (Stationmanager) and then on "diagnostics" I got the message: "Online: Connection could not be established the connection partner is not responding" I don't know what may be the problem, but seems to me that the OPC server doesn't have an access to the PLC (the NetToPLCsim and the PLCsim).
