For math functions such as SIN,COS and TAN , basic instructions of STEP 7 support all of them and you don't need extra libraries for that.You can easily insert a SIN from program elements in LAD/STL/FBD editor and insert a 32-bit memory floating-point for input as Radian and store the result in 32-bit memory floating-point.Amplitude can be adjusted by multiply the input by another value and frequency is changed by the argument in instruction.It works perfectly in S7-PLCSIM.
