Please help me find the drive in the project

Hello everyone!

I had a controversial situation with the equipment supplier. They sent me the source code of the system that they installed. When we opened hw-config, we did not see the drives there. The system uses the Sinamics drives G120 CU 250S 2PN. The supplier claims that in this project the drives must be present and i just don't have any packages installed.  I installed the Starter software on the computer and with it all necessary gsd-files tor these drives. But the drives is still not visible.

because important clear info about your used full SW and also full Partner SW is missing, I recommend ask your suplier about that. You need know from him what SW/Updates/HSP or other Update need. Generally you can now look to Profinet section of HW library to see if some G120 are there but this also depends to your used Automation SW. Pls ask your suplier about exact info.

I downloaded your project from the link of your post.
The whole project which contains 5 stations of S7-300 is compiled without any hardware problem (2 stations with software time stamp conflict problem of FB1 & FB2), please see the attached text file.
It means that all of the HW config are correct.
You can also see in the attached NetPro printout pdf (6 pages), there is no any G120 CU 250S-2PN, but:
 - VIPA remote IO
 - Parker Compax3 Servo Drive
 - KEYENCE CV-2000 - Digital Image Sensor
 - SMC ITV Regulator
 - SIKORA SPARK 2000 spark tester
 - ......
I also checked the required software packages for this project in Project > Object Properties > Required software packages, the result is None (attached picture).
If you do see any G120 CU 250S-2PN in your machine, I strongly doubt that your supplier has given you a wrong project.
You can also upload the HW config of each station or the NetPro network from your machine to check if there is any CU250S presented.
