Please help me reading this diagnostic event

Please, could you explaing what this error means and what should I do? 

I have a profibus DP network commanded by a s7300. I have a ET200S faulting randomly: the SF led flash 3 times then the BF led do it 8 times, continously. There are no I/O faulted.

Hello,

The information about the cause of the problem is determined by means of the LED fault display. After an announcement by means of a flashing signal, the respective error type and after that the error location / error code are displayed.

LED:SF ==> Announcement of error type

LED:BF ==> error type

I do not know, which IM you use, you find more information about error coding in manual of IM

Please have a look in the manual of you IM to find out the error...

Are there repeaters in the network? Are they okay?

Hi,

I can nothing read in diagnostic buffer, that there is a slave missing. Please check your program if you read adresses 288, 290 and 292 -> did you project these addresses in HW-Config?

from your diagnosis text, the master is not able to access a slave.

check your profibus cables for short circuit or open circuit, check your connectors and your terminators.
