PN CPU to WinCC

Then I need to communicate the same with Wincc 7.0. For that , Is it right to connect a cross cable with RJ45 connectors and connect the CPU on PN port and PC on LAN port. Then I need to make Tags under TCP/IP sections. Am I right , Mr Bell? Please Advice. Thanks. Your's Truly, Sarabjot Singh Manku
