Populate dropdownlist (Symbolic IO field)

QuuN Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I made a symbolic IO field and populated it with a text list. When I run wincc flex using the simulator, the symbolic IO field is empty (I can only see empty rows). When I click on a row, the correct name is displayed. The entry in the text list is referenced to a tag wich contains the name. The name also needs to be refreshed when I modify the name to wich the tag is referenced (the name is now updated again when I click on it). So how can I fix this? I want the items to be displayed on startup and when I modify an entry, I want to have the modified entry displayed immediately.

QuuN Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thanks.. works like a charm. Strangely enough, the symbolic IO fields' process value won't update now. Don't know if it has something to do with the changes I made? (making the names cyclic continuous)

Maybe the column for "Acquisition mode" is suppressed and you first have to set it visible or check the settings for the respective tags in the properties window below the tags list. Regards, Frink
