Timmy Posts: 41 Rating: (0)	I have been told that they make a T400 DCC that you can drop in that will allow you to reconstruct the code with the sinamics platform of the 6RA80. I asked the question for upgrade purposes because we have a 6ra70 with a t400 card and wanted to know what the upgrade path was for such a device. Haven't looked into past that.

Ahmed Experienced Member Joined: 2/20/2007 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 122 Rating: (2)	ok..if its confirmed that we cannot use t400 along with 6ra80 drive then can anyone tell us that whether DCC for positioning (standard) is available or not unlike S120 where we have basic positioner itself in the drive and some DCC (standard) for positioning applications.

Can some one explain is there any application note for that. Secondly, how to transfer actual postion r482 to DCC. Hello. As I know, there is no any note or application example. You can transfer r482 like any other connector from drive object to DCC. Insert any FB with DI-type input, right-click on it, select 'Interconnection to address' and choose r482. Also you need to declare this input as customer parameter. More details you could find in online help for DCC or in themanual.
