DEAR ALL, I AM NEW IN SINAMICS SERVO CONTROL. IN MY PROJECT I HAVE THE MITSUBISHI Q SERIES PLC USING FOR SERVO CONTROL VIA PROFIBUS. MY SINAMICS SYSTEMS ARE CU 320-2DP V4.4. WITH ABSOLUTE ENCODER. I WANT TO CONTROL THE SERVO FROM PLC POSITION SETPOINT AND MM/MIN. I HAVE SUCESSFULLY COMMUNICATED THE PLC AND DRIVE IN SIEMENS STANDARD TELEGRAM 111 (12/12). I HAVE SOME DOUBTS ABOUT POSITIONING CONTROL. 1. I HAVE SET THE HOMING VIA STARTER AS PER THE FUNCTIONAL MANUAL AFTER POWER OFF/ON CONDITION IN HOMING WINDOW "ABSOLUTE ENCODER VALUE NOT CALIBRATED" MESSAGE SHOWS. ITS WRIGHT OR WRONG.THE WINDOW I HAVE ATTACHED HERE HOME PIC-1 AND HOME PIC-2. 2.HOW TO GIVE THE JOG POSITION AND VELOCITY SETPOINT. IF I HAVE USING TELEGRAM 111. 3. IF PLUS AND MINUS OUTPUT CAM (HARDWARE LIMITS) ARE WORKING PROPERLY. BUT I WANT TO THE ALARM NOT FAULT. I HAVE SET THE OFF 3 RAM DOWN 2 SEC. BUT FALUT(F07492) ONLY COME. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE ALARM (A07492) 4. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE POSITION CONTROL FROM PLC SETPOINT. IF I ACTIVATE THE MDI BLOCK THE SERVO CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING. IT WILL NOT STOP IN POSITION SETPOINTS. JUST I WANT TO CONTROL MY SERVO FROM PLC POSITION SETPOINTS AND VELOCITY SETPOINTS. 5. HOW TO INVERT THE ACTUAL POSITION VALUE.
