possible off-topic: Sending 'fleeting' values over ICCP.

carlos99 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello That's my first post on the system so I apologise in advance for any inconvinience or possible off-topic. We're working on a system that has to interface and exchange data with a SIEMENS SINAUT Spectrum 3.x (being x=3,5,9) through ICCP. Though the documentation supplied by SIEMENS is fairly impressive, we're experiencing trouble trying to discern out whether the exchange of 'fleeting' digital values (p.e. impulsional alarms) is possible and how. We've learnt from the aforementioned documentation that the SINAUT SPECTRUM system do store this kind of signals and those are shown in the system's alarm management forms but nothing else. I'd appreciate any help. Pointing me to the manual talking about it would be nice too. Thanks in advance for any help. Carlos. Barcelona. Spain.
