I don't think you can clone the screen of the TP1500. 
You would need to convert the signal on the USB port to whatever interface your TV uses.
And I don't know if you can get ony usable signal on the USB port to begin with. I doubt it.

If your (smart) TV has network access and a browser you could use the Sm[@]rtServer / VPN connection/ web server. Here is more information on that:

There is another thing to think about:
The resoultion of a TP1500 is 1280 x 800 pixels.
Is this enough to not look horrible on a TV?
What is the resolution of the TV?

You would have better cards with a PC/IPC and a WinCC Advanced Runtime.

Its depends on which type of tv is available. If you have smart TV where you can install smart app then you can download the sm@rt client app from play store . Once you download the app in TV amd insatll it in TV then  thru lan cable you can access HMI screen on TV via sm@rt client. You need smart server license in HMI.

Other option can be, instead of HMI , if you have IPC having Wincc Advance running then you can connect direct to TV via either Lan/HDMI or VGIconnection.
