PP17 failure

Hello!
Sorry for my English. My problem is the next - we have 3 Simatic PP17 connected via profibus with CPU317 2PN/DP. Every panel is used as i/o module and control with buttons. During last 3 years all these panels were replaced. The reason is maybe the fault of internal profibus module which causes a hang-up the profibus net. Every panel was tested alone after the fault and works fine.
Is it possible to replace just the profibus module or it's the known problem of this panels?
If someone have faced with such problem I'll be very much obliged for help.

I don't think Siemens sells separate internal components for panels

Please tell us if there are any other nodes deffected on this profibus network?

Are the 3 panels connected to the same network?

What's type of power supply that fed the CPU and Panels?

Do you have only one PS? I mean Does field devices fed from same PLC PS?

Do you connected Earth of PS to clean earth system?

There are several MicroMaster440s, one ET200S, three PP17s and CPU317 2PN/DP in this profibus net. All CBs, CPU, PP17s and IM get constant voltage from UPS.
The fact is the troubles with PP17 hang-up begin after quite long period of time - 1-2 years

New question published by Anup 1984 is split to a separate thread with the subject CPU315 & PP17 through profinet, can't see signals.
