Dear All, I have a requirement in which i want to do pressure control in the injection moulding machine. I have come across some features where it speaks about pressure of an axis (although i am not sure how to use them - see the screenshot attached). My requirement is to control the pressure in such a way that the pressure controller moves my axis to achieve the setpressure value. It is an electrical (linear) axis driven by a rotory servo motor - not a hydraulic one. I am using Simotion D425 in my solution. Can you please help me with this? I earlier tried to do this with Sinamics technology PID which gave me sluggish results. So now we want to try this with Simotion as we beleive the PID would act faster in this. regards, Rahul Singh Attachmentscreenshot.zip (338 Downloads) |

Hello Deepstr2010, It is the injection moulding machine, with four axis to be controlled by servo motors. We have to control all four axis using SimotionD. The motion control and pressure control is to be done by simotion. The axis are: 1. Injection 2. Extruder (Refill) 3. Clamp 4. Ejector Please find the detail of the motors attached in the excel sheets. I have almost completed the motion profiles part. I am looking forward to the pressure control side. Hence looking for some help. regards, Rahul Singh AttachmentRatings.zip (333 Downloads) |
