I am currently encountering a problem in VB script, currently on tia V17 and a tp 1500comfort HMI I am stuck.

I made a script, the part on a pc (simulation for example) works very well, but the part on the HMI does not work because of WinCC which does not accept all the commands. I tried many solutions but couldn't. The final goal is to take the csv file (created by the HMI) on the USB key and add to the first line "sep=," in order to be able to open in excel directly without doing any manipulation in excel. Here is the code:

The .ReadAll command works on simulation but on the HMI does not work (related to the created object).

This is a classic issue with vbscript and filesystem objects the HMIs use the object type 

have a look at this

if you want the hmi application to work you need to change the object
Set fichier = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

Set fichier= CreateObject("Filectl.filesystem")

of course this will make the application not work on PC 

also to open the file and write to it the commands are different hit me up if you need further assistance

I tried with the command 'Set fileCE = CreateObject("Filectl.filesystem")', however I cannot open the file with the command fileCE.open or with 'Set file= fileCE.OpenTextFile(filePath, mode, -2)'. It gave me the error message 'Object error does not support this property or method'.

if you can give me the commands to open, read, and copy the inside of the file into a variable (like .readALL) thank you in advance.

something like this might work, i dont have a panel so i cannot test nor have i done your exact case.

there is to my knowledge no way to do a readall so i try to do this by reading lines until i reach the end of the document which happens when EOF=false

to open a text file in windows ce you use f.open  Syntax file.Open pathname, mode, [access], [lock], [reclength]

to write  a line you use lineprint

Syntax file.LinePrint output

i am not sure if to read a line you need to use lineinputstring or get both could be doing the same job depends on how the elements are written to the record.

(LineInputString This method reads a single line from an open sequential file and assigns it to a string variable.)

Once again this is not simulatable on a pc enviroment you need an hmi to test the commands.

I have already tried what you suggest, but some command does not work on Windows CE such as EOF, I abandoned this way of copying the lines, I would rather have a script that exports my recipes directly and does not go through the direct export indicated by the dedicated function.
