I'm having a problem to add a pc system to my program.

when i click add new device i can only chose to add a new PLC or a new HMI , but no PC system ...

I use tia v11 sp2

how can i add my pc  ?

which Edition you have installed exactly (Basic, Advanced or Professionl?)

in the attachment you can see i have the basic version.

Hi,

with basic is not possible to create PCStation's.

Only S7-1200 PLC's and basic panels supported with this edition.

For PCStation you need Step7 V11 Professional or WinCC Advanced (or Professional).

Hello,

with Data Log the values will store in a csv File on the memory Card of the PLC.
This File can be opened with excel or other tool.

i'm trying to reach the webpage of the plc , but all it displays is "webpage not found".

i used this tutorial:

i checked the "activate web server on this module" .

i used another PC , and entered the IP adres of the plc in the adres section.

Have you download the configuration with the activated checkbox to the PLC?
Can you ping the PLC from the PC which display the error?

yes i downloaded the configuration to the plc.

does the PLC have to be connected with ethernet cable to the pc with wich i'm trying to acces the web server? 

or do i connect the plc with a ethernet cable to a switch so its on the network ?

for test you should connect the PLC directly to PC.
