Hi guys,

I've encountered with this problem. I've tried to add new proxy device and managed to update with my

step 7 project file. So it means there's no problem with my step 7 project file.

Can someone help me? 

Btw I'm using step 7 5.5 and TIA13 sp1 update 8

Split from Problem importing tags from Step 7 v 5.5 to TIA Portal 13.

Btw, before this there's no problem updating the proxy device, then after a while when i need to update

the tags it happened.

Hello Guru Storm,

did you check the consistency in STEP 7 after modifying the blocks?

Note: You cannot update the Proxy when you changed the hardware configuration.

Yes I already checked and unfortunately I need to re-tag back all the tag in hmi tag.

But, thanks for the info! Before this, I didnt know if we made any changes in hardware config we cant update the proxy.
