problem after installing the new Complete TIA Portal SP2 Update 3 with WinCC Professional

Hallo i also started to have the same problem after installing the new Complete TIA Portal SP2 Update 3 with WinCC Professional. It looks like in my case that everytime I connect my Sony Ericsson X10 Android with USB Internet tethering the error comes up. Looks like it is related to VPN as I imagine that how SE connect to the PC through USB. Is there a way to tell WinCC to which networks it must look or ignore to prevent this error? Regards.
