Problem at out one straightening and cutting m/c during commissioning period

DEAR EXPERT We are facing problem at out one straightening and cutting m/c. in our steel plant during commissioning period . At time of commissioning sensor module of one motor (SENSOR MODULE INT20 , 6SL3055-OAAOO-5MAO 5193004002. VERSION B ) was broken , and system was showing drive fault , after then we don't get same module from siemens .but we got another one is - SENSOR MODULE SM 120 , ASE - 33412837 VERSION P , We fitted at motor and connect communication cable, but drive fault showing again. our system is ---- SINAMICS 120 , CPU 317 - 2DP CONTROL UNIT CU320 , 6SL 3040 OMAOO OAAL SIMOTION D 445 , 6AU1445 - OAAOO - OAAO ACTIVE INTERFACE MODULE , 6SL 3330- 7TE33 8AAO DRIVE - VECTOR CONTROL , S 120 ,6SL 3120 1TE24 - 5AM So my problem is that this new sensor module sm 120 is it suitable or not? , may be fault generated inside CU UNIT and it is need to be reset internally . so how to short out this problem ? can you help us ? , we are suffering from last few month , but still we not get it solution . thanks .
