I had to install al the SSP's from the server. I've tried to reinstall the SSP in safe mode with command prompt, but I can't get access when I type: fsutil file setshortname "C:\Program files" PROGRA~1 Regards, Jeroen Werkbrouck

Only the SSP setup wouldn't work in every case because a lot of SSP can't installed seperatly, only with the FrameSetup of Scout. So you should ask for the complete Scout installdata, or download it from the link above (is Version V4.4.0.6, V4.4.0.2 is not available as download). Regards Christoph
