Problem Communicating to CP343-1 no Project Download to the CPU

My configuration is only: CPU312-1AE13-0AB0 (Firmware 2.6.4) (but I have tried by several other CPU) CP 343-1CX00-0XE0 (Firmware 1.1.5) I can access the cpu by MPI connenction, I can access CP by TPI-IP connection, but the CPU and CP can't access togheder by backplane connector. (From CPU side by MPI I can' see the CP in HW diagnostic, and by CP side by TCP-IP I can't download software to CPU. I already change also the black backplane bridge and checked the pin. Electricaly everythnig is OK. The CPU and CP at beginning works well until we put a Operator Panel on MPI connection. My be the CP is damaged? (Already tried to reset and reset to factory setting. Also download again firmware). Thank for support.

For such a small CPU there are less connections to made. A Panel also use aS7-connection, the programming device also and then you have not that much over for the connections....

BMK Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your answer... It can't be that the problem. Now I testing the CPU and CP alone, without any OperatorPanel or any other card (IO or FM). In our hardware in present only a CPU and a CP. Yes, the problem starts when we connected an OeratorPanel on MPI port. But now, we removed it and we are trying to reconfigure the CP in our office without any other device. Thank for your support.

In my opinion, the CP is HW damaged, and I will send to be repaired. Thank for your support. Bianchetti, Mauro Kristian
