Hello, The followingn problem which I cannot solve..... INFO PCS7 7.1, one AS 416-3, two DP integrated S7300 and three S7300 with CP342-5 I have a ES connected with IE to one 416-3. In the project are several s7300 with and without cp342-5. I'm trying to get communication, but I can't connect to the s7300;s.... The S7300 are all connected to MPI and two have DP integrated. The rest have a CP342-5 module to DP master. The ET200 modules, also in the projectare OK and I can access them. I didthe following: 1.PG/PC interface to TCP/IP 2. Download hardware configuration of AS 3. Downloaded program ->S7400->Download 4. Got errors on hardware diagnostics... 5. Downloaded hardware configuration of every S7300 directly to the MPI port and downloaded the program 6.The S7300 with DP integrated and one with CP342-5 dissapeared in my hardware diagnostics list....but have a SF failure on them. 7.NowI want to access my S7300 directly from ES, so when I want to downloadsomething, I getthe following screen: Type---------------ADDRESS-------S7 SUBNET ID-------TYPE-----------ADDRESS MPI----------------10-------------------00A0-0001-------------IP----------------10.1.5.1 MPI----------------10-------------------00A0-0001-------------IP----------------10.1.5.3 PROFIBUS------21-------------------00A0-0005-------------IP----------------10.1.5.1 PROFIBUS------21-------------------00A0-0005-------------IP----------------10.1.5.3 Where 10.1.5.1 = ES address and 10.1.5.3 is AS address None of the connections is working.. The configuration is based on the reply a user gave me earlier: Hello Oreca; CP342-5 is not released for PCS7. That means that is possible to use this device but then you have no driver block for it. To configure comunications between S7400 integrated DP port and S7300 Profibus CP you have to: 1) Insert inside a project/multiproject a S7400 and a S7300. 2) S7300. Configure your CP as Slave. 3) S7400. Insert in your DP master system a CP (inside folder configured stations). Inside CP connected to master system insert all inputs and outputs data that you want. 4) S7300. Use DP_SEND to send input data to S7400 Master and DP_RECV to receive output from S7400 Master. What am I doing wrong??? |
