Problem connect WinCC v7.2 to S7-1200

Hi,

I would like to connect S7-1214C through WinCC v7.2. According to this vedio, I finally succeeded to do so (with WinCC v7.2 upd 7 and Tia v13). 

But when I reinstalled WinCC v7.2(upd 7) without Tia v13 (without Simatic NET), I could not connect to the PLC any more. I guess it's due to Simatic Device Drivers and Simatic Device Drivers WoW. 

However, I don't know how to upgrade these two drivers separately 'cause it came out "This shared component cannot be used alone!" (I don't want to install Tia V13).

OS: Windows 7 ultimate x64

Hi,

The Simatic Net comes with WinCC. You start the WinCC setup and click net.

After selecting to install the WinCC, you just need to go down the list and also select to install Simatic Net.

Simatic Net is not selected per default.

Actually, I've installed Simatic NET v8.2 yesterday after I post the problem here and that works well. By the way, I think maybe simense should try to make its software smaller since it frustrated me if I have to install a whole TIA or simatic net just in order to connect to my PLC.
