problem control of axis

H2H Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	HI I have a problem in my system for controlling a single axis, I loaded the two files * NCK and * PLC and I loaded the motor parameters but when I go to JOG mode to move the axis and when I press the + or - the axis moves quickly and error 25050 appears. please help me I'm stuck I have the following reference hardwer: SIMODRIVE LT MODUL 6SN1123-1AA00-0HA1 SINUMERIK 840D NCU-BOX 13A 6FC5247-0AA00-0AA2 SIMODRIVE U/E INT-EXT 5/10KW 6SN1146-1AB00-0BA1 SERVO-MOTOR 1FT6044-1AF71-4EG1

The alarm say's for Contour Monitoring.... Check the Encoder cable of the respective axis...i.e at motor end as well as drive end.. If you have spare control card try replacing it and check. If you have spare module replace and check Remove the motor from mechnicals *Ballscrew and RUN the motor in JOG if runs smooth then there is no problem with MOTOR/611D Card/LT module Regards, Prakash

H2H Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi I already changed the direction of motor rotation, but the problem is not resolved. the story is: I have two identical machines, one of the two stop worked, so I changed the drivers for this machine by the driver of the functioning machine but this operation does not succeed so I returned the drivers to his original machine but it does not work. Here i loaded the file NCK and PLC but the following errors appeared 25050, 25040, 21612 Regards,

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello... Have you move the motor in JOG mode without connecting your mechnicals and checked Move be you can incerease the Gain to little and check... Check your power module IGBT (i.e diodes) with help of multimeter... check it out... Regards, Prakash

H2H Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi I isolated the motor, but The alarm continues, the axis is moving 4mm and released in error ( 25050 or 25040 or 21612,,, 300 608). I can not find where the problem is!!! Thanks

The motor moves the axis but the measuring system returns the wrong direction. That triggers a stop. Try to change the encoder direction. For the 21612 alarm you must check the drive enable and pulse enable signal. Good luck Nit
