Hello, I have a problem with data logging in S7 1200. I'm using Pegaia's sample data logging program(thank you for that by the way)as a base for my own. I'm logging line stop times and accessing csv files in excel or LibreOffice calc. I'm trying to do a chart which is automatically updated from plc when file is opened. Everything seems to be working fine but data logs will randomlydisappear from web server(see attachment 1m26a.png). When trying to access data log, web server will only give 404 error. In cpu everything seems fine. There areno errors in diagnostic buffer(see attachment PRjBo.png) and program itself is working fine. Write datalog command executes successfully. When cpu is set to stop mode. It will give a verystrange error(see attachment xBw4p.png) and error led will start to flash. Error is:
CPU error: Inconsistent configuration object (not user relevant: AID=16#0000104C, ORID=16#10000076) Function aborted, new startup inhibit set: .. - parameter assignment error pending Cpu can be set to run mode but error led will be lit. Only way to get rid of the error is topush MRES (see attachment nJRgN.png). When memory is reset cpu will turn to run mode anddatalogs are back(see attachment TVtqP.png) in web server. Data is also intact but I noticed last time when this happened cpu would continue writing log from middle of the file and it will overwrite old values.I'm now using two datalogs the other log is fine but another will overwrite old values. I have attached both logs. I don't know if this is related to this problem but sometimes TIA portal will givethis error(see attachment uLCe3.png) when trying to load this same datalogging program to PLC. When pushing load second time everything works fine. Compilation will give no error and loading is completed succesfully. I have reset cpu to factory defaults several times but there is no change in behaviour. What could be causing this? CPU is1214C DC/DC/DC6ES7 214-1AE30-0XB0 and firmware version isV 2.1.2. I'm using Step 7 Professional V11 SP2. Thank you for reading this long wall of text to the end. Risto AttachmentLogs.zip (253 Downloads) |

Hallo, do you have the possibility to check this with the new firmware V2.2? I know that there was a problem with the PID technology object in older firmwares whiches causes inconsistent data. This could be avoided by always download using right mouse on the CPU or Program blocks in the navagation tree then select Download to device > Software (all blocks). /tf/WW/en/Posts/68199#top |
