Problem downloading to G120

I have a G120 CU240 DP F fw3.23 that gives errors while downloading with Starter V4.3SP1. The download succeeds except for parameters 810,2828,2830,2834.
The fault message is : download rejected for these parameters : wrong operating mode.
I don't know if it is important but to these parameters digital inputs are connected (r722.0-4).
Strange is also that I cannot change f.i. parameter 10 to 29 manualy (it gives the same message :
wrong operating mode).
The original project where a '0' is connected to these parameters can be downloaded without problem.
What could be the cause?
R002 : drive state is : drive ready.
