Problem For ISO-on-TCP connection

Void Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I find it connection using ISO on TCP can't establish if I first download the property hardware config and then download the FC. But when i full download the project, the connection establish and work well. How can I establish ISO on TCP connection when I can't stop the PLC?

UMENCHO Diamond Expert Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 12/4/2023 Posts: 10222 Rating: (1178)	Hello, You could usecommunication blocks FB63 "TSEND", FB64 "TRCV", FB65 "TCON" and FB66 "TDISCON" in order to use the ISO-on-TCP protocol .The ISO-on-TCP connection is not configured in NetPro and you don't need to download nepro configuration to the CPU ("jump" STOP mode). But you should if your hardware supports open communication by means of Tblocks. Unfortunately S7-300 CP doesn't supports this T communication. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
