Problem in 840D controller machine

Prashan Regular Member Joined: 11/7/2009 Last visit: 1/26/2023 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hi Friends, I am facing a problem in my machine, when the machine is started freshly in morning i am getting alarms related to Drives and those alarms are as follows 27002 : Axis % Test stop running 300951 : Axis % drive rest stop is running 27024: Axis % Stop A triggered Again i am restarting the machine then alarm is getting cleared. Please tell me the possible solution for this and do the needful. Another thing is that can any body tell me how to activate the front USB port in Siemens OP12 HMI. Please give me the information and do the needful.

CNCData Experienced Member Joined: 2/22/2008 Last visit: 2/2/2023 Posts: 39 Rating: (4)	HI Prashan, Your Machine Has Siemens Safety Intergrated built into the control, the Messages you are seeing are standard for this and are not Alarms, the machine performs some safety checks during first power on and at certain time intervals, this is quite normal. Take A look at Doc on CD / WEB, and search Safety intergrated for more information. Regards, Max.

Subba Posts: 39 Rating: (2)	Hi, Regarding activating the from USB, Go to the mmc.ini file and change letter A to Letter G, Search for Floop in the mmc.ini file. The path is used for a USB floppy drive by diffult and the letter used is A, so please change the letter to G. MMC editor>mmc2>mmc.ini file - search for FLOPPY and change letter A to G.

In my machine some times these alarms are going if i do reset. But some times i have to switch OFF and ON the machine for5-10 times which is not ok for customer. We are having the same safety systems in other machines also, which are running fine with out any problem fromthe first start itself. i am facing this problemwith only one machine. I have to solve this problem, please give me any solution to solve this.
