HI

I made an HMI program ..it wroked fine in Simulation but when i donwload it to HMI.. there is no data 

i connect HMI to PC and also no connection.. buttons not affect on TIA portal program

Simulation OK  .. Real NOT ok

any help

HMI : KTP 600 basic mono PN   IP address same in TIA Portal and HMI it self also subnetmask

PLC S7-1200

TIA Portal .. i used V 13 Sp1  & V15

I didn't use panels before, but is everything in network reachability between KTP & PLC is OK?

in addition, have a look at this link may help you to check the compatibility between s7-1200 and the KTP you are using

well, i didnt catch what exactly what you mean..  i downloaded all screen to HMI as in TIA portal but no Alarms appear  nor Reset button  works

i made sure of IP addresses..192.168.0.1 for PLC and 192.168.0.2 for HMI(inside HMI)... connection is Ethernet in HMI settings

there is no transfer data from PLC to HMI... HMI dose not read from PLC (although in simulation is working)

is that what you mean?

hi again,

i meant the network reachability;

if you have a switch, connect PLC, KTP, and your laptop and assign an ip address for your laptop an ip for example 192.168.0.3 since 1 & 2 are assigned to PLC & KTP, and do a ping from your laptop to both PLC & KTP to check if it is a network problem or not?

i made HMI time syn. mode = slave... HMI reads PLC time

if i switched to None it reads 1/1/2004

so i gueess that both see each other but no respond from button althoguh in simulation was good
