Dear Expert , when I installed the step7 basic V11, I had got the attached massages, but the programme (step7 basic V11) creat an icon on my desktop. You may want to contact Siemens via Support Request ( https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo2&siteid=csius&lang=en&aktprim=100&content=support/newSR/index.asp). If you want to try it on your own, it seems there are some types of install problems with S7DOS when existing Siemens software is installed. According to other threads in these forums, uninstalling ALL Siemens software, then reinstalling the Portal, and then all remaining Siemens software is the do-it-yourself solution. Please try the support request option as there may be a simple registry change that avoids all that extra work. |
