Problem in installation of the WINCC confort/advanced

Arthursbs Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I do the installation of the WINCC v13, but when finisht the installation show me a installation log and i check and have one problem : 14:49:52 \|ERROR AdsWorkerSetupPackage::: - SetupPackage setup failed due to unknown error 14:49:52 \| FAIL! SetupUnit (TIA_ES), Failed - - PlusOptional, Reinstall I start the TIA and show me this: You cannot work fully "project" because necessary product are missing : WINCC Comfort v11 Update 2 I thing the TIA show me this because i not installed complet the WINCC. I Try re-install many times the TIA and WINCC but all time in the finish of the installation show me all time the same problem.

FAIL! SetupUnit (VC_2008_REDIST_x86) In you case the Visual Studio 2008 Redistributable are failed! Go to the Installsource and start the VCC_2008 directly and show which error come up. the excutable is located on the install dvd in the Path "InstData\Prerequisites\VCRedist\2008x86\" Regards Christoph
