problem in installing TIA portal v11

MINKU Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	hello all i want to install TIA PORTAL v11 on my system but it is not responding,simatic winccflexible 2008 is already installed on it. On the other system it is installed successfully and that system does not have wincc flexible. please give any suggesssion how to install it. thanks and regards

The problem is when i install the simatic step 7 TIA portal v11 sp1 it starts and successfully installed on the system but when i goes to open it, it opens and at the above it shows "not responding" and i am unable to start programming on TIA portal,all the initial files are opening like help,welcome tour bt only programming part has the problem.... what should i do
