could any one help me

i have a problem in one D425 CPU , it doesn't working normally and the notification LEDs as showing in the photo

RDY is green

DPT is green

but the others are off  , and the seven segment is showing  number 6

in my machine there is different status as the following

RDY , RUN , DP1 , DP2  all are green and the others are off , and the seven segment is showing  number 6
