 I want to Configure scada as opc server to third party client.

 In manual they mentioned no setting for Wincc rt professional.

but cant able to make it as server.

Can you please help me how to configure my winccrt proffesional scada as opc server??

Runtime Settings-> OPC Settings -> configuration of OPC UA  Server....

The OPC UA Server is always running if you start the Runtime.

Now i am getting connection with opc client, but cant able to get tags from wincc.

after installing simatic.net the connection established.

Is there any option for wincc  Like "allow access to opc(in plc)" .

You have to manage the OPC Certificates exchange. For an Example have a look at this FAQ there is a WInCC Professional RT as OPC UA Server:

Can you please check the attached image, in my pack i have the wincc runtime Professional_opc Client.

There is no seperate opc runtime for server in the installation list like opc client.

is it the problem for me?

If this is the problem, from where i will get the installation file for Wincc runtime professional for opc server.
