kambiz talaee Regular Member Joined: 10/12/2010 Last visit: 2/19/2025 Posts: 37 Rating: (0)	HI I HAVE 840D SYSTEM AND I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT POWER MODULE 6SN1124-1AA00-0EA1 , THIS POWER MODULE HAS FAULT NUMBER 25201,300607 AND I DONOT HAVE SPAY PART , CAN I HAVE REPLACE ANOTHER SERIAL NUMBER OR CAN I CHANGE PARAMETER IN 840D SYSTEM IF OK WHAT SERIAL NUMBER OR WHAT PARAMETER? BESTREGARDS

Alarm 300607 means the specified current setpoint cannot be injected in to the motor even though the maximum voltage has been provided...causemotor not connected or phase missing. Check the existing power module IGBTS by the multimeter keeping in diode range....procedure of the same is attached .... What module do you have provide me the details? Experienced Member Joined: 7/13/2008 Last visit: 1/16/2025 Posts: 107 Rating: (9)	usually current controller at limit is happening because there is voltage on the terminals going to the motor, yet no current flows. (The motor power cable is unplugged from the drive.) There is a strong chance you can detect this with your meter if this alarm is constant. With the system off/locked out. Measure resistance between the motor leads. You should have a low reading, in the range of 3-25 ohms depending on the motor type. Often, there are plastic shouldered ferrules on the ends of the motor power cables. Some people do not realize that this plastic prevents current from flowing to the motor and when they insert these into the terminal block, they insert the plastic as well, preventing current flow, causing the current controller to go to the limit. Otherwise check the power section with a diode checker, someone else has posted general procedure for this.

C-dog Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have a similar issue on an axis with a 6SN1118-0DJ23 module. I keep getting faults on my Y1 axis as soon as the drives enable. Sometimes they will stay up for several minutes, and other times they will estop immediately. The machine has linear motors (1FN3450), and when it powers up I can hear a high pitched sound, almost ultrasonic sounding. I continue to get the 300607 fault. We have checked motors and cables for resistance and did find a bad motor. We replaced that but continue with the same fault. Did that procedure help?

Please refer reply by Mr. Ekalvya. Accordingly have you confirmed the LT power module of motor is OK? Is it vertical axis? (Y) Is it with counter balance system? Does it works perfectly? If all above points are ok, try by replacing control card.
