Problem in Test axis with Axis control panel

riz khan Advanced Member Joined: 8/26/2013 Last visit: 4/6/2025 Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir/Madam, I am facing 2 issues: Issue #01: When I do Automatic configuration of SINAMICS_INTEGRATED, the SF LED goes RED. I think no firmware update occurs because all the hardware is connected via Drive CLiQ & is up to date. So I click "STAY ONLINE", but SF LED goes RED? If I click "Go offline" what are the steps to resolve the issue (screen shot attached) Issue#02: In order to test the Axis with Axis Control Panel, I click "Assume Control Priority", a message appears to put Control in "STOP U" mode. I Click YES & ACCEPT. When I click Enable button, it does not enable START, STOP & JOG buttons? But message appears as "The Switch-On disable of the infeed is active"?? How to do next? SF LED -> technological Alarm present , take a look in the Alarm window and show which fault is present 2.) Control panel, this message means that the drives/axis are not ready to operate. Check the state of the drives and the alarm windows In the screen you can see that the Object Infeed is not complete configured and need a manuall configuration. Go offline start the Configuration Wizzard of the infeed and after that download the Sinamics configuration to the drive. Regards Christoph

riz khan Advanced Member Joined: 8/26/2013 Last visit: 4/6/2025 Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, I have gone through control panel of drive (not the Axis), it shows error about License of Control Unit (D425-2) as below: Error A13000 License Not Adequate (0). When I see the remedy for the problem, it shows additional licenses are required & these must be activated via P9920 & P9921. But When I see the Expert List of Control Unit in SCOUT in ONLINE mode, both of theses parameters are not available there. The License Error file t is attached for your kind reference please. Thanks. How are the values of P9/P10/R2 of Drives/LieModule/ControlUnit? Have you reconfigured the Linemodule offline and download the configuration? To check which licence you need please go online and select "Licence" from the PLC context manu of the SIMOTION. Regards Christoph

But When I go to Control Panel of Drive & Enable it, Then press the I button (DRIVE ON), it gives a message of "The Switch-on disable of the drive is active" Motor does no response. My Online Parameters are: For INFEED: r2 = 42, p10=0 For Drive: r2 =60, p10=1 For Control Unit: r2=10, p9=0 What to do next

So please check the state of the drive if is it right configured. You can try to set the P10=0 and show what happens, any fault occurrs? In the actual state is not possible to work with the ControlPanel! Regards Christoph

When I use Control Panel of Axis, it shows message "The switch-on of infeed is active" . When I use Control Panel of Drive, it shows message "The switch-on of drive is active" . What to do next. I am attaching you all the screen shots of my project including expert list of every module & Error occured. I am very much confused about Commissioning of the project. In the dialog of the axis control panel should be a selection for the Line Module, here you must also assume the control priority of the LineModule. Drive Control Panel: If you assume the control priority if the drive a LM Button should be visible, you must press this button to enable the Line Module and start the supply data identification of the line module. A few seconds after enable the ALM the Warnning 6400 should disappear then you can work with tthe drive. if the a06400 is disappear you should then mak RAMtoROM and upload the date so you must not start the Supply data identification again after the next download.
