Hello, How does your C axis works....does it works from the CCU box or any Power module (LT Module) is there?? Check the ribbon cable whether it is inserted properly...ensure the pins are not broken inisde the CCU card / 611D card /IR module side..... Check your C axis motor winding resistance.If it withbrake motorCheck it is working proper. Check the Motor Power cable continuity Check the Power module IGBTS whether it is fine....Link is attached for the reference. when your checking the there should not be any power. /tf/WW/en/Posts/45570 Regards, Prakash |
