morsy Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Dear sir, we have a problem in ultrasonic machine sinumerik 810 D &we restore the PLC from archeif,you find at attachment the alarm list which we have now and I want to clarify to you that WinTech people had changed the drive motor of C axis since 2007 approximately and they enter a new parameter for this motor, I suggest that maybe we need this parameter to enter it again after we restore the PLC of the machineThe motor data is as follow: Type: 1FT6034-1AK71-3AG1 Ser. If i look at the error looks like your c axis getting loaded...have you checked whether it is smooth.... Does these problem as happened after changing the motor before that it was working fine ??? may be if you entered the wrong capacity motor is configured above error can appear... Kindly re-check it. Hello, How does your C axis works....does it works from the CCU box or any Power module (LT Module) is there?? Check the ribbon cable whether it is inserted properly...ensure the pins are not broken inisde the CCU card / 611D card /IR module side..... Check your C axis motor winding resistance.If it withbrake motorCheck it is working proper. Check the Motor Power cable continuity Check the Power module IGBTS whether it is fine....Link is attached for the reference. when your checking the there should not be any power. /tf/WW/en/Posts/45570 Regards, Prakash
