Problem installing TIA 13

Hello,

I have some error trying to install the software.

I don't have any more win CC and still show me the error.

do some one had the same error??

check the installed products on you system (Control Panel -> Programs...)

Have you a defective Installation/Uninstallation of WinCC on the System?

Can yo give a overview which Siemens SW Packages are installed on the System?

Uninstallation of WinCC (TIA Portal) Professional
If installation of STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V13 aborts and you receive the message that you must uninstall an earlier version of WinCC Professional beforehand even though you have already done the uninstallation, this might be due to a Registry code. Proceed as follows to remove the Registry entry in Windows 7, for example:

1. In Windows 7 you open the Registry by going to "Search programs and files" and entering "Regedit". Confirm with Enter.
2. Open the path:

In Windows 7 (32-bit):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Siemens\Automation\_InstalledSW\
TIAP11\TIA_ES_V11\PrivateProperties\INST_TYPE_LEVEL_INTERNAL

In Windows 7 (64-bit)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Siemens\
Automation\_InstalledSW\TIAP11\TIA_ES_V11\PrivateProperties\
INST_TYPE_LEVEL_INTERNAL

3. Remove the entry "4_0_Professional".
4. Do a restart and then you can install STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V13.

Didn't work, still requesting to remove WinCC professional.

attach the list of Siemens progrs intalled.

Hello,

in the "Sw list" select "Automation Portal V12" start the uninstall.

During this uninstall a Dialog appears in which you can select the packages you will uninstall.

Check WinCC V12 for uninstall and remove the package.

After that you can install WinCC Professional V13.

i think no !

but if you provide a list of the installed Siemens Programs then we can check this exactly.

And i didn't mean the list from "Programs" in the Windows control panel!

Please start the TIA V, here you find a point "installed SW" in the Portal view.

Make a screenshot if the list which is displayed if you click on "detailed information..:"
