problem on start up of MP370

Use the Manual for ProSave in the FAQ Bye Murof

politeman Posts: 14 Rating: (1)	Hi I upgrade it with prosave and Rs232 cable but My problem was not removed (again i turn on MP370 and I ran into this problem again). at least I open the cover of MP370 and I found one diode zener SMD type (5.6 V) (near the battery )broken I changed it with new one my problem removed. I think the role of that diode help to start up other part of touch screen. Thanks for your attention

I would try to contact the Siemens Repair center perhaps they can repair or send you a replacement device. Bye Murof
