Problem to make a connection to the IPC 377E with TIA portal?

HI, As you said i inserted a normal PC and Wincc RT Advanced and general IE. But i have problem to make a connection to the IPC 377E with Tia portal. (I tested the connection between my PC and IPC in the windows by Ping and i have connection) but when i want to make connection in Tia portal it shows that it can not find the device with that IP adress. can you please describe how should i make the connection? thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello abbas.nazari do you mean you want download the HMI Runtime Project? in this case open the WinCC Runtime Loader on the Runtime PC, set the ethernet channel online and activate the transfer mode. Then do the transfer from TIA Portal (select the WInCC RT Advanced (not the PC Station)-> Download) If it doesn´t work at all you can also use the offline transfer: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 Bye Murof |
