when i try to install GRAPH V5.3 SP7, the installation is not possible; software say;

 ,- > S7GRAPH V5.3 (or higher) must be installed what can i do?

you need a S7Graph V5.3 incl. SP7 setup to install on a fresh Win7 x64 system.

This setup is not available for download and you need to contact siemens directly to geht the setup.

Where do I find the installer of the s7 graph 5.3? On the Siemens website I only find SP for upgrade, which need the S7 graph 5.3 already installed.
