  This is possible. The problem is that the laptop is new and 
the manufacturer does not support Windows 7 (drivers). 
The project should be done in Tia Portal 13 SP1. I have seen 
that this version is not compatible with Windows 10.

compatible drivers. 

The computer card is an integrated Intel. I don't know 
how to solve this problem.

However, I found the solution because Intel's 7th and 8th 
generation processors, the only Windows operating system 
that Intel supports is Windows 10 x64.

I know of no such issue. Please test this if it is possible for you to do so.

Between V13.0.0.x and (V13.0.1.x or V13.0.2.x) there is the option to work with a V13.0.0.x project in compatible mode. Moving from (V13.0.1.x or V13.0.2.x) file to V13.0.0.x is a problem.

Between V13.0.1.x and V13.0.2.x there is no such issue.

Moving beyond V13 to (V14 or V15.x) is a problem with no compatibility mode available.
