Problem with "activate modulo correction"

a modulo correction is indepedent from an digital input. The modulo correction is used for round axis to automatically reset the actual position each round. It is used without any input. It just counts the position and when the modulo value is reached, the position is reset to 0.

If you have a digital input to correct your actual position you need passive referencing functionality. So you activate the passive referencing  and each time the digital input is reached, the position is reset. 

I would recommend to read the S120 function manual how to set up passive referencing. 

In your application I think it makes sense to activate modulo correction and maybe additionally do passive referencing when the digital input is reached.

it looks fine, but you also need to enable the homing function then via PLC (because you use telegram 111). So in the mask for homing you will see that there is a bit frm the telegram to activate the homing and also to switch between passive and active homing. Please check whether you activated homing and you selected passive referencing at the input.

as far as I know the function is only active for one time. So when you activate the flying homing and once the measurement was done, the function needs to be disabled and enabled again. Only the first edge of measuring input is recognized after activating flying referencing. I see the block output says that the axis was referenced, so I think it was successfully homed once. Now you need a little PLC logic to deactivate and activate the flying referencing after you measured the input.

Again: I would recommend to use the modulo correction as well. Because you have a round axis and for round axes you always should use modulo correction. Then your position is always automatically reset after one round. The flying homing with measuring input can be used to rehome the drive from time to time when your mechanics has some slip or your mechanical parameterization (LU per load revolution) is not set correctly for 100%.

please have a look in the explanation of the error code. You just need to adapt p2721 in a way that the condition (shown in the error help) for the ratio of all values is being fulfilled. The ratio needs to be an integer value and at the moment it is not integer in your case. The ratio is calculated from different parameters. So you need to adapt just p2721. Then the error can be acknowledged.
