problem with ASI Network

We use DP/ASI 6GK1415-2AA0, and CP443-5 Ext 6GK7443-5DX04-0XE0 /V6.0ASINetwork consisting of 30 segments DP/AS-I link and every include 20 ASI – module. I changed one ASI module. Status on DP/AS-I link and ASI – module was OK, but valves not open. We checked message with special program from DP/AS-I link to ASI – module. We sow status word, but did not see control word. WHY?We have done STOP CP443-5 and start. Problem was solved. But also all equipment was stopped for safety. All network was stopped. SAVE FROM DIAGNOSTIC CP443-551 ! 01/30/2013 01:04:26.551 PM DP Master Event ID: 0xF9C1:0x237B / 0x1C0480B0Data record could not be readA data record could not be read from slot 4 of slave 28.Error: 0x80B0.

Saeed Bahadori Posts: 63 Rating: (8)	hi Gorez69 check your valve current , beacuse each ASI I/O module has specific maximum limitation current .for example in attachment file i mentioned a limitation current for AC2503 ifm module .otherwise asi module will damage or can not work true . hopefully i could help you . bahadori Attachment Capture.JPG (119 Downloads)
