problem with auto Start-Up / Running Tuning

What is more, the user can initiate Start-Up and / or Running Tuning, and copy the results to the touchscreen. Hi there, I'm actually having problem with auto Start-Up / Running Tuning. My PID is suppose to be running all the time but somehow, after it went into Inactive mode due to whatever reason (eg. change of setpoint while running or power switch off->on). It wont come back online. I have to manually connect plc & press on "Commissioning" button & restart the PID block. Anyone can help me on this. Thank you Splitted from TIPS for PID (FB PID_Compact).

Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 1/17/2025 Posts: 4394 Rating: (1463)	Hi, be sure that the process variable doesn't rearche the alarm limits (e.g.0 / 100%). if necessary use a limit (0,001 / 99,999%) before the PID.
